Spacious and immaculately kept, friendly and helpful staff, pool lovely and enough sun loungers. Calm environment. 20 minutes mins from marina di albarese. Close to supermarket and shops and seaside resorts. Love that there is a tuesday event at the restaurant and disco.

The staff's hospitality was exceptional! Sadly, we had a problem with our car during the stay. The staff did their best to help us, including driving to a car rental office. We want to thank them again for all their help! The location is also good. 2 minutes to a big mall, ~10 minutes to the beach (the sea was wonderful!) The whole Fattoria is amazing. It is cozy, quiet, and beautiful - the perfect family place.

The apartments are located just outside Grosseto and are very spacious and clean. Its located in a valley and its surrounded by trees so you can escape from the sun and relax at the pool! Totally recommended for the price and quality!!

It is amazing place to rest. Beautiful garden, place to play tennis/ping pong and swim. Apartament was cozy and quiet big. Just perfect place for vacation. Breakfast very good. We highly recommended

Staff amazing. So friendly and helpful. Location perfect for pool, walk to main site restaurant, supermarket and wonderful towns and beaches. Space for children to be outdoors is brilliant. Food and service at restaurant is first class.

Good beds, very clean overall, brill pool, helpful staff. We had a lovely meal one evening in the onsite restaurant. We had only minor issues with mosquitoes during our stay - Late august.
